Mount Tokachi

An active volcano directly at the center of Hokkaido, we came for a short visit on our last day in Hokkaido. The drive and the views here encapsulates everything we loved about our stay in this region, the woodsy and mountainous terrain that gives very much a TNOC (The Northern Continent) vibe. While we did not have the time to hike up all the way to the crater, that is another must-do on our next trip here, I was still able to capture some shots of the beautiful scenery.
